Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Winner of contest will be notified by e-mail within five days of closing date of contest. Winner must claim prize via e-mail confirmation or telephone within ten (10) days of winning unless noted or approved by BrooksFineJewelry.com. Prize is shipped within 3 weeks from date of prize claimed. BrooksFineJewelry.com will pay for the shipping/handling charges. Winner eligibility terminates after ten (10) days via BrooksFineJewelry.com e-mail notification to winning recipient of prize. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions allowed.
