Return and Exchange Policy

If you decide to return a purchase it must be done within 15 days of the date you received the merchandise.

We will exchange the merchandise toward another item or issue an online store credit. Any returned item with a request to credit your credit card is subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive an item damaged in shipping or we sent an incorrect item.

Custom made or special ordered items may not be returned. These include engraved items and those sold as "blanks" (without a stone that you may plan to have someone else set). Items that have been altered, resized, or engraved cannot be returned.

After the 15 days all sales are final.

When shipping a return order it is recommended you insure it and include a copy of the order invoice with it.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Any item we offer with a lifetime guarantee may be returned at any time for any necessary repairs or replacement.

Shipping and Delivery

We do not stock a large inventory and do not mass produce our jewelry designs at this time. Orders are created on a by-order basis. We ask that you allow a little extra time for us to manufacture your order. Of course we will try our best to meet any time requirements you may have.

Your order will be shipped within 10-12 business days from the date it is processed. If there is a delay and the merchandise is unable to be shipped within that time, you will be notified via e-mail and any shipping charges will be waived. We will email you a USPS tracking number once your order is shipped.

All shipments are insured. The shipping insurance does not cover packages that are requested to be left upon delivery without a signature. is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept prepaid orders with check or money order.

We use anti-fraud software and hand check each order. No order is accepted unless complete information is provided including full address and phone numbers. When placing an order with a credit card and your billing address and shipping address are different you must have the shipping address on file with your credit card company as a valid shipping address. We don't accept orders unless the domain of the customers email address is a legitimate website or ISP.
Fraudulent orders will be reported to authorities.

The processing of your order will take place within 24 hours from the time it is submitted. Mail in check or money order and call in credit card orders are not considered processed until payment or complete information is received.

We only accept orders from within the United States that are shipping within the United States. No third party forwarding courier addresses are accepted.

Prices listed are for online orders only.

There is a $25 charge on all checks that bounce.
